Refund Policy, if an item arrives broken or contaminated  please immediately send me an email with the picture of the broken item upon opening the package and I can refund you for the item or send a replacement.

we have a zero contamination policy and throw away products from contaminated batches.

No, my products are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates and other harmful chemicals. We believe in using only skin safe ingredients in our bath & body products to nourish and protect your skin. Fragrance oils specifically that I use are chemical free!

some may be allergic to fragrance oils. If irritation occurs stop using and consult your doctor!

Yes, our soaps are suitable for oily skin. We have a range of products with turmeric powder that may reduce inflammation as turmeric powder has the properties to do so, reduce excess sebum, as betonite clay has properties to do so, reduce irritation, as colloidal oats/oat powder has properties that can do so. while also bringing moisture back to your skin, as sweet almond oil, argan oil and/or avocado oil has properties to do so after taking the nasty stuff out with the bentonite clay

If irritation occurs, stop use and consult your doctor. I do not make medical claims and I am not a doctor/dermatologist specialist. An esthetician has helped me make my turmeric sugar scrub recipe, who is a skincare professional 

I recommend consulting with your doctor about the ingredients in the description of the products on the items listing before using any new skin care products during pregnancy. Do not use my products on babies under a year old and ALWAYS consult with a doctor before using my products on your children

Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) with water, poured into oils/butters, stick blended, poured into molds, cut within 18-24 hours, cured for minimum of 12 weeks, the curing process is called saponification which makes the soap soap & usable without chemical burns!

my melt and pour soaps are a pre saponified, simple shea butter melt & pour soap base soap slabs that I buy and cut to melt & make my own! I add sweet almond oil, bentonite clay, and powdered oats to all of my soap bars!

Yes! You would register that either with your county or your town/city! I am legally operating my business from home!

This is a small/micro business, all homemade in a homebased business. Our Team Follows the sanitation protocols of the FDA for small/micro homebased homemade businesses.

the colorants in cosmetics must be approved, so we use madmicas.com for FDA approved colorant

Our Team washes silicone molds and silicone mats and all other product making dishes with dish soap.

Our Team washes our plastic, non porous tables with The Pink Stuff Cleaning Paste, then uses anti bacterial wipes, then sprays with 70%-91% Isopropyl Alcohol…just for the Crafty Slaughter LLC Asthetic.

Business Owner washes hands before making products, some products made need gloves (carpet deodorizer, slay mask) to mix up by hand, some products do not need gloves, soap making with melt & pour soap does not require gloves if hands are washed before, and if clothes are touched with hands or face is touched, Business Owner uses the 70%-91% isopropyl alcohol spray or antibacterial wipes. hair is pulled back before being near the workstation where products are made.

Pets are not allowed near the product making area while making the products. Proper sanitization happens before making a small batch of product every time.

Crafty Slaughter LLC is a business owned by Caitlin (Cat) Slaughter. Crafty Slaughter LLC was created to help people with their sensitive skin, as Cat has had almost 3rd degree burns from sunlight damage in a lake & created her products to help her reduce the scars and dark spots from her face 10 years later with luxury, handcrafted & cruelty free bath, body & body products! Shortly later home care products were added!

Cat is a 2year old single business owner with goals to live a simpler healthier lifestyle. Grow fruits & vegetables in a garden in her backyard & have a chicken coop to raise chickens as pets to have eggs, and meat birds to provide food for her future family. Cat’s overall goal is to be a wife and mother someday!

Her families home was built in 1960, this is (currently) where the magic happens!
Crafty Slaughter LLC Business Goal, to have a warehouse and employees that can help to label products and process orders for shipping throughout the USA!

longterm goals for the future - to build her dream home & that warehouse on 3-5 acres with Apple & Cherry Orchards, berry bushes & vegetables gardens to help her local community with free food, processing meat birds as well for her local community to not have to worry about eating healthy.

Eventually offering free soaps to locals, as everyone needs good quality soap that’s good for skin like hers💗
