Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation is available within 48hrs of ordering within cancellation you will get a full refund including the shipping cost. (I will not print orders until they are 48hrs old)
• Refunds of the products amount are made upon a photo received by email to craftyslaughter@yahoo.com
• you agree that if the order has been shipped to you and the shipping address was incorrect that I can refund the products amount, but not the shipping cost. 
• Your expectations of my products are 100% satisfactory. You agree upon the prices of the products & shipping cost upon placing an order. If you are not satisfied by the size of the item, the items are an approximate weight within .5oz of what the label states as the items are handmade. Not made by machines.
• If you have come from social media marketing either from my business accounts directly or pages that pursue harassment, bullying, hate speech, unlawful behaviors against the business owner, the small business, any members of the business owners family or anyone the business owner knows, cyber crimes are punishable by law within the state, within the country & international. Justice can be served. Any use of my social media content for any purpose can be punishable by law. Upon visiting this site and my social media accounts you agree to not pursue hateful speech and acts. Directly or indirectly.
• This Small Business Crafty Slaughter LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Harrassment of my following on social media or my customers is a federal crime. You agree to abide by the local laws in your jurisdiction and the federal laws within cyber crimes.
• Falsified product issues to ask for a refund is punishable by law.
• Falsified product issues to smear a business on the internet is punishable by law.
• You agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
• We issue product recalls on batches to ensure everyone’s safety. We refund all that come to us after we issue the recall publicly. By law we are required to issue public recalls. Public recalls on batches of products can be found on Facebook Page.

• Slay Mask January 15th 2026, if you have not yet received a refund please email us and we will refund you for your Slay Mask.
• Body Butter With Hair? All Allegations. I watched the video back and made a new batch but posted the wrong video. The batch that had a noticeable hair after pouring the body butter was immediately trashed. Continuing to harrass us will result in punishment by law.
